Job Description: Calling and making appointments with students that have reported network related problems and then resolving them. Track and update progress via web pages.
Requirements: Must be a current SUNY New Paltz student who is eligible to work and has good communication skills (written and verbal).
Qualifications: A working knowledge of Windows 2000, XP and Vista. The applicant should be able to install and remove software such as anti-virus packages and OS upgrades and patches. An ability to troubleshoot problems logically and systematically is also highly desirable. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with other students and their computers. This position requires a self-motivated individual that can work independently.
